Nutrigenomics consulting · UK

Nutrition advice, shaped by your genetics

Medigenes Ltd is preparing a nutrigenomics consulting service for the UK, built around three goals: managing weight, improving physical and mental performance, and supporting healthy ageing — clearly and honestly, without overstating what a genetic result can tell you.

Coming soon to the UK.

Weight management

Practical, sustainable strategies for managing weight, informed by your genetics where it genuinely adds insight.

Physical & mental performance

Nutrition support aimed at energy, recovery and cognitive performance, grounded in evidence rather than trends.

Healthy ageing

A longer-term approach to nutrition designed to support how you age, not just how you look or perform today.

Genetics as context, not as a verdict

A genetic result does not determine one correct diet. Some findings may add useful context; many will not change practical advice at all. The service we are building is designed to make that distinction clear, rather than to sell a test.

1

Check suitability

Understand what you want help with, and whether this service — or another professional — is the right fit.

2

Understand your starting point

Review relevant diet and lifestyle information and agree what matters most to you.

3

Build a practical plan

Clear, evidence-based actions. Where genetic information is used, its limits are explained alongside it.

4

Review and adjust

Follow-up to assess what is working and refine the plan over time.

Common questions

Can I book a consultation now?
Not yet. No service on this site can currently be booked, purchased or invoiced.
Will a genetic test tell me the perfect diet?
No. Diet, preferences, environment and many other factors matter. A genetic association does not, on its own, justify an individual dietary change.
Will this service diagnose a medical condition?
No. The service being prepared is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Where a medical, dietetic or clinical genetics referral is appropriate, that will be made clear.
Is this only about weight loss?
No. Weight management is one focus, alongside physical and mental performance and healthy ageing — the approach and evidence base differ across each, and the service is being built to reflect that.
How can I get in touch?
